Studio Manager - F45 Training (High-Performance Role) Location: Old Street, London Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 + Performance Bonus Overview We are looking for a high-performance, commercially driven Studio Manager to lead an F45 Training studio in Central London. This is not a standard management role. You will take full ownership of the studio’s performance, driving revenue, membership growth, and team output, treating the business as if it were your own. This role is ideal for someone who combines fitness expertise with real sales ability and thrives in an environment where performance, accountability, and growth are the priority. The Opportunity You will be responsible for the studio’s success across: Revenue growth Membership sales and conversion Retention and member experience Team performance and culture Working closely with the Makai Group, you will execute a proven growth model focused on: Filling the studio (capacity) Converting leads into members Maximising retention and lifetime value This is a high-ownership role with real upside for someone ambitious and commercially minded. What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on, target-driven role with a strong sales focus. You will: Drive membership sales and revenue from day one Own the entire sales process from leads to trials to members Consistently hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets Lead from the front in delivering a world-class member experience Build strong relationships and create a high-energy community Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team Oversee daily studio operations including rotas, standards, and performance metrics Work closely with the sales function to optimise conversion and retention Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community activations Maintain high standards of brand, service, and coaching delivery What We’re Looking For Required: Level 3 Personal Training Qualification Proven track record in sales and hitting targets Experience driving revenue and growing a fitness business or studio Strong leadership and team management experience Highly organised with strong accountability Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Preferred: Experience in boutique fitness or group training environments such as F45 or similar The Ideal Candidate Takes full ownership with no excuses and no waiting to be told Commercially driven and motivated by results Comfortable being accountable for revenue, KPIs, and performance High energy, positive, and leads from the front Strong presence with both team and members Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Ambitious and wants to grow within a high-performance business What Success Looks Like Consistent month-on-month membership growth High lead to trial to member conversion rates A full, high-energy studio with strong community A motivated, accountable, and high-performing team Exceptional member experience and retention Why Join Makai Group We are building a portfolio of high-performing F45 studios focused on: Filling studios to capacity Driving recurring revenue Building strong, engaged communities This is an opportunity to join a business that prioritises performance, growth, and long-term success, not just running classes.
