Job Summary

Laura Hammett is a boutique luxury interior design studio based in Parsons Green, London. We design beautiful residential properties across the UK and internationally, and pride ourselves on our warm, collaborative and creative studio culture.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Studio Manager to be the operational backbone of our studio. This is a broad, hands-on role that keeps the team running smoothly day to day. The ideal candidate will be a natural organiser who takes pride in maintaining a well-run, welcoming environment and genuinely enjoys supporting people.

This is a maternity cover role with an initial 12-18 month fixed term contract. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) ideally Monday to Friday in the studio.

Responsibilities

Studio Operations

  • Ensure the studio is well-organised, tidy and always looks its best for visitors and clients.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers including cleaners, landlord, couriers and any other studio services.
  • Oversee and renew insurance policies and health and safety compliance, keeping all documentation up to date.
  • Coordinate room bookings, meeting scheduling and diary management as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any studio facilities issues and resolve them efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
