Studio Manager Location: Putney, London Coming Soon! Salary: £35 - £38k Depending on experience About Us: We are PILAT3S; we maximise the enjoyment and benefits of Reformer Pilates by blending traditional Pilates with dynamic movement and cutting-edge technology. Featuring three dynamic classes – Align, Tone and Power – PILAT3S is to elevate your lifestyle one movement at a time. The Role: The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth environment for staff and clients. Duties include managing the studio timetable, coordinating instructors, delivering the PILAT3S routines, maintaining studio standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The Studio Manager will: Deliver The PILAT3S Routine • Deliver our pre-programmed PILAT3S routines (Align, Tone, and Power). • Cue and correct technique, ensuring teaching points and personal engagement throughout each class. • Create an enjoyable and safe environment for clients while delivering classes with confidence and energy. • Connect with clients before, during and after each class. Studio & Team Management: • Oversee daily operations and manage the studio budget. • Handle maintenance issues and ensure health and safety compliance. • Lead and supervise a high-performing team, communicating updates and changes to the team effectively. Customer Service: • Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. • Support the team in delivering exceptional client service, managing and resolving customer issues and complaints when required. • Execute events and support marketing campaigns to enhance the PILAT3S experience. Brand Ambassador • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting PILAT3S and building your own personal following as an instructor. • Represent the PILAT3S values – precision, personalisation and progression in both your in-person and online communications. About You: • Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement and the PILAT3S brand. • Effective communicator with leadership skills. • Organised, punctual, and professional with excellent time management. • Able to foster strong relationships with diverse individuals. • Fluent in English.
