Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 59 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning.

This is a flexible position, offering a minimum of 25 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.75 per hour, plus uncapped commission & bonuses.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful and continued growth.

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the studio
  • Recruit, train and develop your studio team
  • Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
  • Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting
  • Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year management experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience
  • Experience working towards personal and team KPIs
  • Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills
  • Willingness to attend mandatory training
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry
  • Retail or hospitality management experience
