Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery… the stuff dreams are made of.
Who We Are…
When we say, “the stuff dreams are made of,” we’re not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD’s vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what’s next…
From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.
Your New Role…
You’ll play a hands-on role supporting the Studio Operations Coordinator, Manager, and wider team, helping to keep the department running smoothly and safely while delivering a high level of service across the site. This is a practical, on-the-ground position where you’ll be actively involved in the day-to-day operations that support our clients and production teams.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment, and who can stay proactive when managing tasks independently. This isn’t a desk-based role; it involves regular physical work throughout the day and suits someone happy being up and about, getting stuck in. This role is primarily a manual handling role and can be extremely physical at times. It involves frequent lifting, carrying, moving, loading, and unloading furniture and equipment. Applicants must be comfortable with consistent physical work and manual handling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
