Koffeecup is a game studio brewing worlds and games
Koffeecup is a game studio brewing worlds and games. We build creator-first UGC experiences on Roblox, UEFN and Meta Horizon, we develop and port for console, and we make our own games: Hoomanz!, Mine Maniac, Gunslingers, Wild West Saloon, Maloka and more on the way.
Here's our problem: we make great stuff and we're too quiet about it. We need someone whose entire job is to fix that. Loudly.
You'll be our propaganda warrior. The person in the studio who breathes Koffeecup, bleeds Koffeecup, and makes sure everyone in gaming and immersive knows exactly who we are, what we've shipped, and why they should care.
Job requirements
Who we're looking for
We don't care how many years you've done this. We care what you've made. Marketing for games, creator platforms, or something adjacent that made you fast and scrappy — studio or platform experience is a big plus.
- You know the UGC world: Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Horizon.
- You know what a good launch beat looks like and how those communities actually behave.
- A maker. Show us content you personally created that performed. Followers you grew. A campaign you ran end to end with your own hands.
- Strategic enough to sit with a CEO and argue about positioning; scrappy enough to ship three posts before lunch.
- A storyteller in flawless English who can turn "we built a mixed-reality gunslinging game" into something people share.
- Calm under pressure, allergic to being a passenger, and genuinely fired up by the idea that the studio's voice is yours to build.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Someone who wants to manage a marketing department from a spreadsheet.
- Someone who needs a brand book, a sign-off chain and three weeks to post a screenshot.
- Someone who thinks "gaming experience" means they once ran ads for a mobile casino.
Job responsibilities
- Shout about our games. Hoomanz! and the rest of our slate don't market themselves. You'll own the beats: launch campaigns, community hype, platform features, creator collabs, TikToks that don't feel like a brand made them. You understand that marketing a Roblox world is nothing like marketing a B2B service, and you're fluent in both.
- Shout about the studio. Clients hire studios they've heard of. You'll build Koffeecup's reputation across the industry: the work, the culture, the wins, the weird experiments. Case studies, showreels, event presence, LinkedIn that people actually read.
- Make the content yourself. This is a hands-on role. You write, you cut video, you brief artists, you post, you reply. Community management is yours too — the Discord, the comments, the players. If your instinct is to commission an agency, this isn't your job. If your instinct is to grab a camera and film the team playtesting at 6pm, it is.
- Think in strategy, execute in content. You'll partner with the CEO and CCO on where we point the cannon, then load it and fire it yourself. Big-picture roadmaps with clear priorities and success measures, backed by daily output.
- Prove it works. Track performance across channels, share what's landing and what's not, keep the pipeline and reporting honest. Gut feel gets you started; data keeps you employed.
- Camera-on presence: clarity and inclusion when we work across studios (London, SF, Bordeaux). You show up.
- Proactive ownership: you spot the opportunity and take it before anyone asks. No passengers.
- High-craft storytelling: everything you put out makes us look as good as the work is.
