Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 57 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!
We are looking for a Studio Supervisor for our Bristol Studio
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position for approximately 9 months, with the possibility of an extension, subject to business requirements. Covering days, evenings, and weekends, offering a minimum of 18 hours per week. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.
About the Role
As Studio Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming, spotless, and vibrant studio experience for every customer who walks through the door. Working closely with the Studio Manager, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, support the team, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for:
Essential
- English at GCSE level or equivalent qualification/demonstratable skill
- At least 1 year sales/customer facing experience
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning
- Experience working towards a goal or target - demonstratable by previous roles/education
- Able to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Motivation to succeed and rise to new challenges
Desirable
- Experience working within a fast-paced Sales environment
- Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry
- Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Previous Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience
