About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Student Marketing & Operations Manager to support both our inbound (international students coming to the UK) and outbound (UK students going abroad) programmes.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining student support, operational delivery, and marketing outreach. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for students, host families, and partner schools, while contributing to the growth of our study abroad programmes across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Programme (International Students in the UK)
- Manage and process student and host family applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion
- Coordinate placements by matching students with suitable host families
- Act as a point of contact for inbound students, providing ongoing support throughout their stay
- Monitor student wellbeing and respond to any issues or emergencies, ensuring a high level of care and safeguarding
- Liaise with schools, host families, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and organisational requirements

Outbound Programme (UK Students Going Abroad)
- Support the development and delivery of marketing strategy and outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and partners across the UK
- Deliver presentations, attend events, and promote study abroad opportunities to prospective students
- Guide students and families through the application and enrolment process
- Process applications and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
- Work collaboratively with international partners to coordinate placements abroad
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in student services, education, international programmes, or a similar operational role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in presenting and engaging with schools and external partners
- High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team
- UK-based (remote) with regular access to our office in East Kilbride preferred

Desirable
- Experience in study abroad, exchange programmes, or international education
- Marketing or outreach experience, particularly within the education sector
- Understanding of safeguarding and student welfare best practices
