Job Title: Styling Assistant
Location: London
Contract Type: Freelance
BLÆD is a Paris based agency specializing in Collection Coordination and Event Production within the Luxury and Fashion industry. We are looking for a Freelance Styling Assistant for upcoming projects in London. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting styling teams in fast-paced backstage environments.
Job Description
- Assist the Styling team throughout fittings, rehearsals, and show days
- Prepare, organize, and maintain the collection and looks throughout the project
- Steam garments and prepare all looks for fittings, shoots, and shows
- Dress models backstage according to the styling team's instructions
- Organize accessories, shoes, and garments, ensuring every look is complete
- Support quick backstage look changes during shows
- Assist with the setup and organization of the backstage dressing area
- Coordinate with production and collection teams to ensure a smooth workflow
- Assist with packing and inventory of the collection after the show

Profile / Skills
- London based candidates only
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced environments
- Rigorous, disciplined, and reliable
- Strong team spirit and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
- Fluent English required; French is a plus
