Styling Lead
We are looking for a Styling Lead to join the team at Harrods on a 6 month fixed term basis. As a Styling Lead, you will help implement and interpret the Harrods e-commerce creative vision ensuring that the styling content across all our luxury categories, from model shoots through to cut-out and lifestyle imagery, is aligned with the Harrods brand and vision.
About the Role
As the Styling Lead, you will be reporting into the Styling Manager. Acting as a senior member of the Styling team, you will be advising and guiding our mid-level Stylists to deliver leading content with expert brand knowledge and the Harrods tone of voice, whilst overseeing and contributing to the styling processes.
The Styling Lead will support the Styling Manager and be a point of contact in their absence. In this role the aim is to maintain best practices within the studio, whilst achieving inspirational and industry leading styling and imagery, alongside being an example for efficiencies and ways of working.
You will be overseeing the outfitting of both menswear and womenswear, checking looks are brand appropriate and in line with styling guidelines,. You will work with the Styling Manager to provide daily PDFs to the styling team, offering feedback and support for growth and development. You will be leading on model casting and talent development, and will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of styling and Stylists are fully equipped with all necessary kit, raising orders as needed.

About You
The successful Styling Lead will be fashion and designer literate, with a strong understanding of all brands and seasonal trends and how to interpret them to a customer focus. You will have experience of working in a studio environment and understanding of the production process. You are proactive, and able to show initiative and implement ideas and are confident in decision making and ability to influence.
You have strong communication skills and have the ability to motivate as part of a team in a fast paced environment. You have excellent time management and organisational skills, and have a proven ability to work to daily deadlines and prioritise workloads. You are passionate about leading and developing a team, and have a strong ability to problem solve and multi task.
