REPORTING
The role will report to the Lead Sample Manager.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Styling Wardrobe Co-ordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the client’s styling wardrobe, ensuring it is organised, relevant and ready to support upcoming photography and creative campaigns.
Working closely with the client’s Art Director, freelance Stylists, Lead Sample & Operations Manager and wider Sample team, you’ll build a strong understanding of the client’s brand, creative direction and seasonal requirements. You’ll review products following each shoot, select suitable pieces for the styling wardrobe and manage the movement, tracking and organisation of all styling products. This is a highly collaborative role requiring exceptional organisation, confidence and attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who will take pride in making the role their own, building trusted relationships with the client and studio teams while ensuring the styling wardrobe remains a valuable creative resource.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
