Job Summary
The Studio Stylist will play a key role in ensuring the shoot day runs smoothly, having pre-styled the rail and having everything signed off prior to the shoot. You will be working alongside our other in-house stylists, photographers, and creative team. Tasks can vary from shooting ecommerce to campaigns both in the studio and on location.

Key Responsibilities
- Create outfits for ecommerce and campaigns.
- Source and organize clothing, accessories.
- Maintain a well-organized styling kit and styling wardrobe.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all imagery meets brand standards and requirements.
- Work closely with the studio team to capture styling that aligns with the brand's creative vision.
- Create Comp Shops to keep ahead of competitors and update the team.
- Prepare garments for shoots.
- Help dress models during shoots.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient styling workspace.
- Liaise with the buying team on what’s working for sales.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and seasonal styles.
- Provide general administrative support to the styling team as required.
- Curate outfits and suggest accessories that complement our customer’s individual style.
- Making sure all garments are shot for the shoot target that day.
- Participate in collaborate sessions for new concepts and ideas for shoots.
- Attend full team and smaller team meetings for updates and sign-off.

Requirements
We are looking for a fashion-driven, passionate, experienced stylist who is ready to get stuck in across all things ecommerce and campaign.
- 2 years minimum of experience working on set.
- Ecommerce experience needed.
- Shoot targets are around 60 a day.
- Experienced in styling both men’s and women’s shoots.
