The Role: Dog Stylist / Groomer
We’re looking for a dedicated, skilled, and customer-focused Dog Stylist/Groomer to join our busy, energising salon.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard grooming—bathing, drying, breed-specific trimming, nail clipping, and finishing for dogs of all sizes and breeds.
- Build strong customer relationships—interact with dog owners to understand needs and provide personalised advice.
- Ensure pets feel comfortable—work withhasa positive and attentive attitude to create a stress-free experience for dogs.
- Adhere to health and safety standards—maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
- Collaborate as part of a team—support colleagues in maintaining a fast-paced, customer-centric salon experience.
- Set and meet targets—contribute to salon productivity while ensuring quality remains a priority.

Requirements & Experience
Who Is This Role For?
We’re looking for a practical, enthusiastic, and qualified Dog Stylist who:
- Must hold a recognised grooming qualification and be confident in all aspects of dog grooming.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction—friendly, professional, and always presentable when working with owners.
- Can adapt to a variable schedule—ready to support busy periods and meet minimum contracted hours.
- Enjoys working as part of a team—with a positive attitude and ability to uplift salon morale.
- Pays attention to detail and goals—experience in target-driven environments (preferred, but not essential).
