The Role
We’re searching for an enthusiastic and accomplished Dog Stylist/Groomer to join our growing grooming team in this exciting full-time role.
As a key member of our salon, you’ll manage daily grooming appointments with precision, skill, and friendliness, ensuring pets receive both looks and well-being with the same care. Your ability to communicate confidently and serve clients with exceptional service is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality, bespoke grooms—from bathing and drying to breed-specific trimming and finishing.
- Build solid trust with pet owners through friendly, professional, and attentive communication.
- Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Achieve and surpass set business targets (then celebrate progress—more on success rewards later!).

Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Highly qualified and experienced in dog grooming, covering aspects such as bathing, drying, and stylistic finishing.
- Hold a valid UK grooming qualification as a minimum entry requirement.
- Customer service-focused, able to connect genuinely and expertly with pet owners.
- Reliable and flexible, ready to work variable hours across the week but maintain our set full-time commitment (e.g., 39+ hours during busy periods).
- Collaborative and team-based, bringing energy, positivity, and a customer-first mindset.
- Driven and goal-oriented, ideally with previous experience working towards target-based systems (though we’ll support growth here).
