Stylist
We are seeking a passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at TONI&GUY. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services while fostering a welcoming environment for our clients. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in every salon.
Schedule
- Full or part-time up to 40 hours a week
- The salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)

Your Responsibilities
- Provide high quality hair styling services, including cutting, styling, and treatments
- Build secure relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products, such as treatments to benefit your clients’ hair health
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a pleasant salon experience
- Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends
- Uphold the name of TONI&GUY – being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience – through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

Your Requirements
- Proven experience as a hair stylist in a busy salon
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques is essential
- Confident in managing a busy column through organisation
- A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills
