STYLIST – SENIOR / SALES CONSULTANT

30K - 35K + 3 % COMMISSION

Are you a sales-driven, fashion stylist ready to smash targets and build serious earning potential? This Knightsbridge store role puts you at the centre of high fashion and high rewards.

Outside The Box Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned brand celebrated for its luxury fashion worn by celebrities and featured in leading fashion editorials. This is your chance to join their newly opened store and take your career – and earnings – to the next level.

The Role:

  • Reporting to: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
  • Part of: A team of 5 Sales Consultants
  • Responsibilities:
    • Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
    • Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
    • Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
    • Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
    • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
    • Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 1+ years within a premium or luxury fashion store as a Senior / Sales Consultant.
  • Essential: Your sales & styling experience must come from a LRTW fashion boutique.
  • Skills & Qualities:
    • Very sales and target driven.
    • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
    • A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
    • A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a target-focused environment.
    • Someone who likes to take the initiative and not wait for instruction.
    • A good team spirit.
    • A passion for clientelling and building lasting relationships with clients.
    • Flexible, and approachable.
    • Initiative to think outside the box to create opportunities to network and add value to achieving the boutique’s targets.
    • A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
