Sub Agent
The Role
To efficiently manage; safety, quality, cost, programme performance on a small project or assist a Project Manager / Site Agent on a large project.
About You
- You need to be driven and self-motivated with a good work ethic.
- You must be willing to learn and continue your development.
- Being a team player is essential to the role.
Skills And Qualifications
- Degree
- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or similar
- SMSTS
- CSCS Black First Aid
- Knowledge of programming – ASTA Powerproject
- Contractually and commercially aware
- Able to interpret and implement drawings and specifications
