Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine.

Whatever stage you’re at in your career; with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks

  • We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems.
  • With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of the commercial and operational management of our subcontract supply chain, ensuring partners are onboarded effectively, governed robustly, and deliver safely, compliantly, and to agreed cost and performance expectations.

Working closely with Operations, Commercial, SHEQ, Finance and Planning teams, you’ll ensure subcontractors are fully mobilised, commercially controlled, and set up for right-first-time delivery. We’ll rely on you to provide strong cost assurance, performance grip, and early identification of risk, giving the business confidence in delivery at scale.

You’ll lead the end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation of subcontractors, ensuring compliance, competence, systems access and operational readiness are in place before work starts. In life, you’ll manage performance against KPIs such as quality, productivity, safety, SLA achievement and cost, leading structured reviews and driving recovery plans where performance falls short.

From a commercial perspective, you’ll control subcontractor costs, validate applications and invoices against delivery and evidence, challenge discrepancies, and prevent cost leakage. You’ll work with operational teams to understand demand, align capacity, and reduce failure demand, rework and variation.

You’ll also act as the governance lead for subcontractor compliance, competence and assurance, supporting audits, maintaining accreditations, and embedding continuous improvement across the supply chain. Building strong but challenging relationships with partners, you’ll balance collaboration with accountability to protect customer outcomes and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
