Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Garforth, Leeds as they look to recruit a Subcontractor Finance Assistant into their friendly finance team.
Please note, Subcontractor experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall daily management of the subcontractors' email inbox
- Deal with supplier issues and complex queries
- Manage own key Subcontractor Supplier’s while having attention to detail making sure the applications are reconciled correctly against the purchase order while applying the correct rate of CIS
- Approval of invoices/applications
- Support in the preparation of weekly BACS payment runs for review and ad hoc faster payments to ensure subcontractor suppliers are paid
- Responsibility for all remittances and CIS statements have been issued
- Statement reconciliation and missing invoices requested

Person Specification:
- Strong Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant experience
- Previous experience SAGE 200 (desirable)
- Construction / CIS experience
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables)
- Good interpersonal skills

This is a full-time, office-based position (LS25) on a permanent basis. Salary is up to £30k depending on experience.
