SUBCONTRACT MANUFACTURING MANAGER
HAMPSHIRE, UK

Subcontracts Manufacturing Manager is required to work for a world-class technology and engineering consultancy that delivers advanced research, development, and manufacturing solutions to high-profile defence and government customers. Renowned for solving complex engineering challenges, they design and manufacture innovative technologies that support mission-critical operations across the UK and beyond.
You will be responsible for planning and managing subcontract manufacturing activities, ensuring customer orders are delivered On Time, In Full (OTIF). Working closely with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management, and external suppliers, you will oversee production planning, subcontractor performance, material availability, and inventory to support the successful delivery of complex manufacturing programmes.

Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing subcontract manufacturers and supplier relationships.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (IFS experience would be advantageous).
- Experience working within electronics or electromechanical manufacturing would be beneficial.
