Job Description: Domain Expert - Question Solution Authoring (QSA)
Position Overview
We are seeking highly knowledgeable Domain Experts to support our Question Solution Authoring (QSA) project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing advanced engineering and technical questions, validating their technical accuracy, and developing comprehensive, step-by-step solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep theoretical and practical understanding of their specific domain, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and educational solutions. Proficiency in LaTeX is strictly required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Review & Validation: Critically evaluate domain-specific questions to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Identify and document any ambiguities, structural flaws, or inconsistencies.
- Solution Development: Author detailed, well-structured, step-by-step solutions that guide a learner from the problem statement to the correct final answer.
- Advanced Formatting: Utilize LaTeX to precisely format all mathematical equations, formulas, derivations, calculations, and scientific notations according to project standards.
- Visual Enrichment: Identify where visual aids are necessary and provide or reference appropriate diagrams, schematics, graphs, or figures to support and clarify the solution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables adhere strictly to project guidelines, formatting rules, and rigorous quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in a relevant engineering, science, or highly technical discipline corresponding to one of the target domains listed above.
- Technical Expertise: A strong academic background with demonstrated, high-level subject matter expertise.
- LaTeX Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in LaTeX for writing and formatting complex mathematical equations, matrices, formulas, and technical documentation.
- Experience: Prior experience in technical content development, assessment creation, academic question review, or solution authoring is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written English communication skills with a proven ability to explain highly complex technical concepts clearly and pedagogically.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous commitment to technical accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to editorial style guides.

Expected Deliverables
For each assigned task, the expert must deliver:
- Validation Report: A brief assessment of the original question, highlighting any issues, ambiguities, or suggested improvements.
- The Final Answer: A clearly stated, verified final answer.
- Step-by-Step Solution: A comprehensive, logically ordered breakdown of the reasoning, principles, and laws used to solve the problem.
- LaTeX Formatting: Flawless formatting of all technical data, formulas, and calculations.
- Visual References: Accurate diagrams, graphs, or schematics that structurally align with and support the written solution.
