Submerged Market Solutions — Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enfusion Onboarding
About the Role
The Enfusion Onboarding division structures and implements new clients onto Clearwater’s unified front‐to‐back SaaS platform. The Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports a portfolio of client implementations, bringing deep domain expertise to core Enfusion capabilities, including:
- Portfolio management
- Order and execution management (OEMS)
- Pre‐ and post‐trade compliance
This role collaborates closely with analysts, team leads, and programme managers, and works with product teams to refine the platform’s functionality. The SME shapes the client onboarding experience, optimising delivery processes and accelerating time-to-value.
Responsibilities
- Implement proficient client onboarding onto the Enfusion platform, aligning with the Client Engagement Model.
- Ensure ongoing support during go-live and beyond.
- Proactively identify and drive process/product improvements; lead solutions across implementation teams.
- Guide peers on evolving Enfusion functionality and investment workflows.
- Deepen expertise in a specific client segment (e.g., hedge funds, long/short equity, global macro, credit, multi-strategy).
- Demonstrate confidence in managing investment operations workflows, including:
- Portfolio Management Systems (PMS)
- OEMS (Order Execution Management Systems)
- Shadow accounting/general ledger
- Compliance and reporting capabilities
- Gain full product suite fluency:
- Portfolio management
- Execution & compliance
- Data management
- Risk & analytics
- Developing best practices and 그만한 configuration use cases.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to resolve implementation challenges.
- Answer client queries accurately and efficiently.
- Design training materials, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and contribute to thought leadership for Enfusion’s clients and prospects.
- Act as a trusted client advocate, fostering advisory relationships as expertise grows.

Required Skills
Functional Expertise
- Intermediate proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA).
- Solid grasp of investment operations for hedge funds/asset managers, including:
- Order management
- Trade lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with asset classes:
- Equities
- Fixed income
- Derivatives & alternatives
- Expertise in front/middleware office contexts.
- Intermediate advanced Excel; comfortable with data reconciliation and analysis.
- Understanding of IBOR/ABOR reform considerations.
- Knowledge of pre‐ and post‐trade compliance, including multi-jurisdictional frameworks (US, EMEA, APAC).

Education & Experience
- 4+ years in investment operations, financial technology implementation, or related fields.
