Experience: 10–15+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Control Systems or related disciplines.

Role Summary
Lead the design, development, verification, validation, and deployment of Motor Control Unit (MCU) software using Model-Based Development (MBD). Provide technical leadership for motor control algorithms, embedded software, simulation, testing, calibration, and team development while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.

- Lead MCU software architecture and technical strategy.
- Review system requirements and define software architecture.
- Guide Model-Based Development using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Embedded Coder.
- Lead software verification activities including MIL, SIL, unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Drive software calibration and vehicle-level validation.
- Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews.
- Coordinate with system, hardware, validation, and program management teams.
Technical Expertise/Experience Required
- Field Oriented Control (FOC)
- PMSM, Induction Motor, IPM/SPM
- Strong experience in Motor Control algorithms and MBD.
- Hands-on expertise in MCU software development and verification.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
