Hiring Success Factors Technical Delivery Lead for our client in UK (Remote)
Mode-Contract
Candidate should be ready to work in UK hours
Salary will be paid in INR
Duration- to start with 6 months however project will be for longer duration

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of the SuccessFactors implementation, ensuring solution design, system configuration, integrations, data migration, security, testing, and deployment are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization's transformation objectives.

Required Profile:

- Extensive experience leading SuccessFactors technical implementations.
- Proven delivery of multi-country/global HR transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in integrations, data migration, and technical governance.
- Experience managing System Integrators and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and delivery execution skills.
- Structured, risk-aware, and results-oriented.
