SuccessFactors Architect

London/Hybrid

We are Hiring SuccessFactors Architect. SAP HR Architect will own the HR technology domain, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to define strategy, govern architecture, and provide direction across HR platforms. The role will ensure solutions are scalable, fit for purpose, and support the organisation's long-term HR transformation objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the HR technology roadmap and architecture strategy.
  • Act as the design authority for SAP HR solutions and related platforms.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and shape sustainable solutions.
  • Provide architecture oversight across HR projects, programmes, and change initiatives.
  • Lead architectural assessments, identify technical debt, and define improvement roadmaps.
  • Govern HR data architecture and ensure effective use of employee, payroll, and workforce data.
  • Review and challenge solution designs to ensure alignment with business goals and architecture standards.
  • Provide strategic direction for current implementations and future HR transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

Essential skills/knowledge/experience

  • Candidate must have played the role of SuccessFactors Architect for 3-4 years and understands all modules of SuccessFactors as well as its relationship with S/4 HANA (SAP finance).
  • Excellent SAP HR architecture experience with expertise in:
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Time & Attendance
    • Payroll
    • HR Data Management
  • Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in architecture governance, solution reviews, and design authority.
  • Experience assessing existing landscapes, managing technical debt, and defining future-state strategies.
