SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant

Required for a long-term contract in a hybrid working environment supporting a major UK programme.

Long-term contract | Hybrid working (Tues – Thurs on site in Lancashire) | BPSS + SC Clearance required

Key Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong knowledge of HR business processes
  • Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other SuccessFactors consultants
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, RCM/ONB, ECP or Compensation and integrations with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred
  • Experience delivering in ADM environments with a solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation desirable)
