About the Role
We’re recruiting for 3x Summer Data Entry Assistants to be based in Bristol and Nottingham for a 3-month period (July, August & September). Ideal for those looking to support a client remediation project in a dynamic work environment.
Accountabilities
To excel in this role, successful candidates will:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in our CRM system (Xplan)
- Support end-to-end processing and tracking of remediation cases
- Manage client communications, including:
- Handling responses to remediation updates
- Drafting professional correspondence
- Validate client information (e.g., verified bank details) via approved channels
- Ensure all case files and documentation are:
- Complete
- Correctly uploaded to internal systems
- Contribute to accurate reporting & Management Information (MI)
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and system optimisation
- Uphold strict confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance ethics
