EF London International Language Campus – Summer Homestay Recruitment Coordinator
Your Role
EF London International Language Campus is seeking a Summer Homestay Recruitment Coordinator to help grow and support our homestay community. You’ll play a key role in:
- Connecting with local families, both in-person and over the phone, to encourage them to host international students.
- Ensuring safe, supportive, and culturally enriching experiences for students and hosts.
- Placing international students in welcoming homes that align with EF’s high standards.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: 30th October (possible extension)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Proactively reach out to potential homestay providers via phone calls and recruitment events.
- Organise info sessions at local community centres to promote homestay benefits.
- Manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion, hitting key KPIs.

Homestay Management
- Pair students with suitable homestays, ensuring safe and culturally fitting matches.
- Visits potential host homes to assess living standards, cultural compatibility, and safety.
- Maintain accurate records on CF’s proprietary accommodation database.
Customer Support
- Work closely with EF’s Accommodation Manager to ensure sufficient homestay beds for peak seasons.
- Support students and hosts with moves, transfers, and enquiries.
- Contribute to improving homestay quality through continuous feedback.
Requirements
Essential
- Flexible, hands-on mindset (onsite and after-hours availability required).
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, approachable approach.
- Ability to manage stress calmly, especially with difficult situations.
- Sensitive awareness of international students’ needs (cultural sensitivity key).
Preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
- Sales or recruitment experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
