Company Description
Draupnir Capital is a specialist advisory firm operating at the intersection of institutional private credit and the Web3 economy. The firm helps protocols, DAOs, and blockchain-native businesses access non-dilutive, structured financing from institutional lenders, including hedge funds, credit funds, and family offices. Draupnir Capital focuses on aligning token, legal, and operational structures with the standards of the multi-trillion-dollar private credit market, enabling Web3 projects to raise long-term, scalable debt capital. The firm provides hands-on, execution-focused support across deal strategy, governance, and stakeholder alignment, maintaining full independence from specific capital providers to deliver unbiased advice. Its approach is collaborative, confidential, and committed to the long-term success of clients building at the frontier of on-chain innovation and off-chain financing.
Role Description
The Summer Intern role at Draupnir Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The intern will support advisory projects by conducting market and company research across private credit and Web3, preparing briefing materials, and assisting in the analysis of token, legal, and capital structures. Day-to-day tasks may include helping assemble institutional-grade data rooms, drafting memos and presentations, and contributing to internal models and frameworks that evaluate financing opportunities. The intern will collaborate closely with the team on live client engagements, participating in internal discussions on deal strategy and governance considerations, while gaining exposure to both blockchain-native businesses and institutional lenders. This role offers practical experience in structured finance within the Web3 ecosystem and the opportunity to learn from a specialized advisory team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
