Role Description

This Summer Intern role is a hybrid internship based in London, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the team with day-to-day tasks such as gathering property market data, assisting with basic financial or occupancy reports, and preparing presentations or documents for internal and client use.

  • Helping coordinate property viewings
  • Updating databases or internal systems
  • Assisting with communication to tenants or partners under guidance
  • Administrative support, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and contributing to team projects as needed

Throughout the internship, the intern will gain exposure to property operations, real estate workflows, and professional business practices.

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and present findings clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet agreed deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote)
  • Interest in property, real estate, or related fields; relevant coursework or extracurricular experience is beneficial
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and availability for the full summer internship period
