About CFTE
CFTE is one of the world’s leading education platforms in finance, technology and artificial intelligence. We work with tier-one banks, central banks, regulators, technology companies and governments around the world to help individuals, organisations and countries build the capabilities they need for the future.
Our mission is simple: in a tech world, we bet on people.
Previous summer interns at CFTE have gone on to do incredibly well. They are now working at organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Jane Street, McKinsey, Amazon and many other world-class institutions. Some have also continued their journey with us at CFTE.
We are now looking for our next group of summer interns in London, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.
About the internship
This is not an internship for someone who only wants “work experience”.
We are looking for people who want to become Supercharged Interns: ambitious, curious, hard-working individuals who can learn fast, think at a higher level and use AI to create better work, stronger thinking and greater impact.
At CFTE, you will work on real projects that matter. You will contribute to programmes and initiatives with leading financial institutions, central banks, regulators, technology companies and innovative governments around the world. You will see how ideas become products, how organisations are transformed at scale, and how people become Supercharged Professionals.
Most importantly, you will work on one of the most important questions of our time:
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
