Job Summary
We are seeking a Summer Intern to join our team for a valuable learning experience. The internship will provide exposure to various aspects of our business and an opportunity to work on real projects that make an impact.
You will gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, work on employee Learning & Development projects, and collaborate with HR team members on various ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Management, psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Eagerness to learn and contribute
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee Learning & Development Projects
- Ensure legal compliance by verifying Right-To-Work documents
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed
- Learn about industry and company operations

Duration
This internship position will last throughout the summer months, with a flexible start and end date to accommodate academic schedules.
Location
The internship will be based at our Burton branch at Unit 4 Burton Gateway, Gateway Road A38 Lichfield Road. Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 8ED
Compensation
This is a paid internship position, with compensation commensurate with experience and academic standing.
