Participants will contribute to real business projects while developing technical, safety, and operational knowledge in a live energy environment.

Programme Structure

  • Onshore induction and training
  • Offshore rotation (1 hitch, approximately 3 weeks)
  • Onshore project assignment
  • Final presentation and assessment

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational teams onshore and offshore on assigned projects
  • Participate in safety and operational activities offshore under supervision
  • Conduct analysis and contribute to improvement initiatives onshore
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders

Essential

  • Currently studying an Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, or related)
  • Minimum completion of 2nd year of study
  • Not yet graduated (final-year students eligible)
