This summer, Legacy East Midlands is offering an internship designed for ambitious individuals who want real commercial experience and the chance to build genuine business acumen.
You won’t be making coffee or sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be hands on across business development, recruitment, team development, sales and admin, gaining a full understanding of how a high performing organisation operates day to day.
Alongside this, you’ll receive structured business acumen training, giving you the confidence, commercial awareness and communication skills that employers look for.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting business development projects and learning how to identify new opportunities
- Getting involved in recruitment tasks, from sourcing candidates to supporting interviews
- Working with team leaders on development, culture and performance initiatives
- Assisting with sales activity, lead generation and customer engagement
- Handling key admin tasks that keep operations running smoothly
- Taking part in training designed to build your commercial mindset

We’re looking for someone who can commute to Nottingham daily. Everyone at Legacy East Midlands operates on a self-employed basis with an uncapped commission earnings structure.
