Your Role
EF (Education First) Oxford International Language Campus is looking for friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Residence Night Supervisors for summer 2026.

Position Details
Part-time; temporary role starting in June/July 2026 Night shifts Hourly paid role Hours varying between 17:00 to 02:00 or later depending on the number of students on campus or external residences.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Residence Team and our international students during out-of-office hours, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming residential environment.

Responsibilities
To support and ensure students are well cared for, and a safe and comfortable living environment is always maintained To ensure students receive the highest level of customer service from all night duty staff To work together with the security team ensuring the night runs smoothly To ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to To ensure effective communication between night and day staff To ensure that EF values are always upheld by all night staff To ensure that emergencies are dealt with appropriately and professionally Assists with arrival & departure documents and preparation of keys for all arrivals To maintain EF policies, regulations, and criteria of accrediting bodies To follow EF procedures and take responsibility for fire safety in the event of alarms by receiving training in operating fire alarm system, familiarizing self with evacuation procedures, and always acting appropriately in the event of a fire or alarm Follow up on attendance and welfare checks throughout the shift in accordance with EF’s Safeguarding and Missing Student policies To liaise with external suppliers where cleaning/maintenance issues are reported

Requirements
Independent worker with solid common sense Approachable, confident, and friendly personality Excellent communicator Customer service oriented Killer instinct, Pro-active and problem-solving mindset Confident with basic IT and maintenance tasks Flexible and comfortable working in a busy environment Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm under pressure Fluent in English All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
