Job Description
Can you imagine creating a retail experience to inspire the builders of tomorrow?
Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the creativity and imagination that brings them to us. And you’ll be part of the reason they come back – time and again.
What will I do?
Let’s start with the basics you’ll make sure our customers get everything they expect from their visit. A warm welcome, great product insights, and a store environment that shows them our belief that nothing, but the best will do.
Role at a glance
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?
Our stores welcome everyone, and as a Sales Associate, it’s important you reflect this. Who you are makes all the difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
