Your Role

EF (Education First) Manchester International Language Campus is seeking dedicated and outgoing TEFL English Teachers to join our team for summer 2026.

Position Details:

  • 5-6 days per week
  • Minimum of 15+ teaching hours per week
  • Roles available between June – August 2026 (minimum two-week commitment)

Responsibilities

  • Inspire international students to improve their English in engaging and communicative lessons
  • Plan, prepare and deliver effective lessons to diverse groups of learners
  • Track student attendance, assess progress and provide regular feedback
  • Facilitate testing and maintain academic records
  • Participate in teacher briefings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative academic team environment
  • Act as an ambassador for EF

Requirements

  • Available during June-August 2026
  • CELTA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sensitive to the needs of international students
  • Confident in teaching students aged 16 and above
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service
  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
  • C2 level of English
