Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
Salary & Conditions
- Competitive salary: £50,669 basic, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000
- Weekly variety: Average 40-hour rota, with seven days’ roster notice and three days’ core working hours confirmation
- Non-standard shifts: Operating between 06:00 & 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Location
You’ll serve the Brighton cluster, covering areas such as:
- Brighton & Hove
- Worthing
- Shoreham-by-Sea
- Lancing
- Arundel
- Lewes
- Newhaven
- Burgess Hill
Work is organised locally, allowing you to coordinate calls from home while responding efficiently in your area.
What You’ll Need
Essential Requirements
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work
- Customer-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to respond at short notice, including occasional overnight stays
