Flexibility deserves recognition — and we deliver. As a SuperFlex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
Compensation & Hours
- Competitive salary: £55,869 basic (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable), with opportunity to earn up to £61,000
- Weekly structure: Average 40-hour week, with roster provided 7 days in advance and core hours confirmed 3 days ahead
- Hours: Shifts range from 06:00–02:00, covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Location
Based in the Wembley cluster, covering:
- Wembley
- Harrow
- Stanmore
- Edgware
- Kingsbury
- Kenton
- Greenford
You’ll operate locally, starting and finishing work remotely, with all calls managed within your area.

Requirements
- Qualification: Level 2 light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent) with proven experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work
- Licence: Valid full UK driving licence
- Mindset: Flexibility and patience for variable hours and demand
- Personal traits:
- Customer-focused approach
- Confidence in fast-paced environments
- Ability to thrive independently and adapt to short-notice work (including overnight travel occasionally)
