About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you’ll help our difference be felt by our customers on every visit. Our mission is to provide the Partner-led service and passion for food that our competitors cannot match—passionate Partners serving food lovers!

Key Responsibilities
Alongside exceptional customer service, your responsibilities include:
- Stock replenishment: Ensuring shelves remain stocked efficiently, placing products where customers will find them effortlessly.
- Online order fulfillment: Packaging online groceries for direct home delivery by our drivers.
- Waste reduction: Following product due diligence and discounting supplies approaching sell-by dates.
- Team support: Assisting with checkout operations, Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer requests.
- Shop upkeep: Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a team and with customers.
