Supermarket Team Member

Type: Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour (depending on age)

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and helpful Supermarket Team Member to join our on-park retail stores. In this role, you’ll ensure our guests and team members enjoy a fantastic shopping experience—featuring well-stocked shelves, friendly customer service, and a vibrant, holiday-inspired environment. If you’re passionate about retail and thrive in bustling, seasonal workplaces, this could be your ideal opportunity!


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience, assisting customers and teammates in finding what they need efficiently.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, organised, and clean store—adhering to stock rotation guidelines.
  • Handle transactions accurately, process payments, and manage cash with confidence.
  • Support inventory management, including checking deliveries and replenishing shelves.
  • Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards to uphold a secure and inviting atmosphere.
  • Collaborate on promotional activities, such as seasonal displays and themed in-store promotions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required.
  • Must possess a friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrates reliability and flexibility, with availability for shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A strong team player with a readiness to assist colleagues and contribute actively.
  • Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol (where applicable).
