At Haven, we’re looking for a friendly and helpful Supermarket Team Member to join our on-park retail stores. This role ensures our guests and team members have everything they need for a fantastic shopping experience, from stocked shelves to excellent customer service. If you’re passionate about retail and enjoy a fun, holiday-centric work environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service, assisting customers and colleagues in finding their required items.
- Maintain well-stocked, organised, and clean store surroundings, adhering to stock rotation policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and payments.
- Support inventory management, including checking deliveries and restocking shelves.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a welcoming, secure environment.
- Assist with promotional activities, including seasonal displays and in-store offerings.

Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliability and flexibility required, with availability for shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A collaborative mindset, ready to assist and support fellow team members.
- Must meet the legal minimum age of 18 to serve alcohol.
