Join our One Great Team here at Haven! We’re seeking a friendly and helpful Supermarket Team Member to ensure our guests and teammates enjoy a seamless shopping experience in our vibrant on-park retail stores.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail, who thrives in a dynamic, holiday-themed environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a fantastic guest experience—assist customers and staff in locating items effectively.
- Maintain store tidiness, organisation, and stock efficiency while adhering to stock rotation protocols.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash handling, and uphold payment precision.
- Support inventory management, including receiving deliveries and replenishing shelves efficiently.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards to guarantee a welcoming, risk-free environment.
- Assist with promotional efforts—including curating seasonal displays and promoting in-store offers.

Requirements
- While retail or customer service experience is desirable, it’s not mandatory.
- A welcoming demeanour with excellent communication skills is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment.
- Must demonstrate reliability and flexibility, with willingness to work across all shifts, including:
- Early mornings to late evenings
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- Strong teamwork ethos—proactively assist colleagues and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
