About the Role
Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Supermarket Team Member, helping ensure our guests and team members have everything they need for a memorable stay!
We are looking for a friendly, helpful Supermarket Team Member to join our on-park retail stores. In this role, you’ll:
- Ensure guests and team members enjoy a fantastic shopping experience
- Maintain well-stocked, organised, and pristine store conditions
- Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, holiday-focused environment

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent guest experience, helping customers and team members as needed.
- Keep the store stocked, organised, and clean, following stock rotation guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling.
- Assist with inventory management, including delivery checks and shelf restocking.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards for a welcoming environment.
- Support promotional activities, including seasonal displays and in-store promotions.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is useful but not required.
- A friendly, approachable approach with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts—early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Committed to being a team player, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old (to serve alcohol).
