NonStop’s client, based in the South East, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
They are a truly therapeutic fostering agency that keeps children at the centre of everything they do. This is reflected in their ethos, and you can be assured you will be working with an agency that values a high standard of care.

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for supervising caseload of carers in across Kent
- Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
- Recruit, train, and supervise carers upholding their therapeutic ways of working
Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
- Safeguarding experience
- Fostering experience ideal
- Up to date with current legislation
