Supervisor Opportunity
Location: Basingstoke and surrounding areas
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to take responsibility for service delivery within a specified area of our customer's estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service excellence.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day-to-day will include:
- Ensuring the planned preventative maintenance schedule is maintained to an optimum standard
- Developing and supporting engineers to ensure they have the correct skill set for reactive jobs and planned tasks
- Acting as the first point of contact for staff matters, including absence management and performance conversations
- Providing current estate status updates to the Contract Manager and customers as required
- Supporting the compilation of quotes and estimates for remedial and small works

- You have a recognised professional NVQ qualification and experience in hard services
- You have a strong understanding of relationship management and industry standard contracts
- You possess the ability to review processes and propose thoughtful solutions and improvements
