- Owner-drive shifts: Lead your team to consistently deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
- Operations leadership: Support management in meeting performance goals, efficiency, and business results.
- Team alignment: Lead engaging pre-shift briefings, maintain focus, and keep energy high.
- Standards uplift: Model branding and operational excellence—stem the tone, enforce cultural values, and lead through action.
- People-first culture: Foster a fun, inclusive environment where team members and guests thrive.
- Coaching & development: Train and mentor junior colleagues to build a strong future leadership pipeline.
- Compliance guarantee: Ensure 100% adherence to HACCP, health & safety, and Popeyes standards.
- Shift hygiene: Own shift performance across labour utilisation, operational flow, and service quality.
- Energy and drive: Cultivate a positive, vibrant atmosphere while smoothly executing Popeyes’ seamless service guarantee.

🌟 Must-Have Experience & Attributes
- Previous supervision: Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager, ideally in fast-paced settings like QSR or fast-casual dining.
- Lead-from-the-front culture: A hands-on, team-serving demeanour—always present when needed, rolling up sleeves when critical.
- Team-centric. You understand that great performance depends on strong teams.
- Standards precision: Clear capacity to control quality, compliance (food safety & hygiene), and operational systems.
- Charismatic communication: Coaches, motivate, and delegate effectively to keep diverse teams engaged and motivated.
- High-pressure resilience: Stay articulate, organised, and decisive even in peak, unpredictable shifts.
- Growth mindset: Ambitious to progress into broader management roles—this is your first step.
