Shift Supervisor – Join Popeyes UK&I

👊 Your Responsibilities
- Lead your shift and guide your team to deliver Popeyes’ high standards in:
- Outstanding food quality
- Speed of service
- Exceptional guest experience
- Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align, focus, and energise your team
- Set the tone for the team—be a visible role model and lead from the front
- Create a fun, inclusive environment that guests and staff love
- Train, coach, and develop your team, fostering future leaders
- Ensure compliance with:
- Food safety (HACCP)
- Health & safety policies
- Company standards
- Take ownership of shift success, including:
- Labour efficiency

- Service performance
- Keep the energy high and the culture lively!

- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager, ideally in a fast-paced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or fast-casual dining environment
- A hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset—always ready to support your team
- Passion for people—you believe great results come from great teams
- Confidence in managing:
- Standards, compliance, and food safety
- Strong communication & motivational skills
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure
- A growth mindset—this could be your pathway into management
