πŸ—οΈ Join Our Team – Repairs Supervisor (Lambeth)

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to take ownership of a designated patch in Lambeth, overseeing responsive maintenance works across our housing stock. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on trade knowledge πŸ”¨ and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs services.

πŸ”§ Your Role Will Include

  • Taking full responsibility for a designated geographical patch, ensuring all repairs are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors across various trades, driving productivity and quality of workmanship.
  • Managing day-to-day responsive repairs works, ensuring jobs are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
  • Carrying out post-inspections and quality checks on completed works.
  • Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance across all sites.
  • Handling customer complaints through to resolution, ensuring a positive outcome where possible.
  • Liaising with tenants, planners, and internal teams to deliver an excellent repairs service.
  • Supporting performance management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

πŸ“‹ What We're Looking For

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential.
  • Strong trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, or general building) with solid multi-trade knowledge.
  • NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (desirable).
  • Proven experience supervising repairs/maintenance within social housing or a similar environment.
  • Ability to manage your own patch and workload independently.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
