Supervisor | Chelmsford | Fashion Retail | £13.00 to £13.50 per hour

The Role
As Supervisor, you’ll:
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Lead by example on the shop floor to inspire the team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive sales and ensure the store always looks its best.
- Be confident in coaching colleagues, supporting daily operations, and stepping up to lead the store when required.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Key Holder, or Senior Sales Assistant in a fast-paced retail environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
